Hume Inn Motel Albury CBD

We stayed at this motel for one night on our way to Canberra and again on our way back to Melbourne, and both experiences were fantastic! The location is perfect for a stopover, situated close to a main park where we could stretch our legs and enjoy some fresh air. What stood out the most was their pet-friendly policy. Traveling with our dog, it’s always a relief to find a motel that welcomes pets and makes the stay so comfortable. The room was clean, and well-equipped for a quick and relaxing night. It’s a great choice for anyone traveling with pets or just looking for a convenient and comfortable place to rest on a road trip. Highly recommended!

Allowed to have my dogs in the room with me ( max 2 dogs, must confirm with staff when booking as limited number of pet friendly rooms, $30/dog). Also easy convenient set up for after 7pm key pick up, they send you a code to open the keybox next to reception front door. Arriving at 1am was still able to park near my room. Bed comfortable. Powepoint next to bed convenient for my CPAP Machine. Box Air Con easy to use, worked well. Plenty of hot water pressure. Basic bakery cafe with espresso open early next door for breakfast. Also inexpensive italian same building, didn’t try them but would be convenient. One block from lovely Botanic gardens( note: no dogs allowed), but nice park with kid play area across the street. Has pool, but didn’t try that out. Was nice and quiet. Plenty of good cafes in the main street a few blocks away. Attractive town.

Both the room itself and the bathroom were large and clean. Better than expected. Rom had air conditioning, the bed was comfortable. Recommended if youre looking for a budget room. Staff were helpful over the phone re: late check in, which went flawlessly.

Great place for an overnight stay on way to Sydney. They are pet friendly. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless as well. We were able to park the car outside the room. Communication with the staff was excellent. They responded promptly to messages and they accommodated a late check in easily.

The location is great. Close to shops and restaurants. Garden and river walk right across the street. Dogs are welcome.
